When can I expect my order?
This is our process: you order, we formulate, and then we ship! Since Each product is made to order, we make them in really small batches! This process typically takes 7 business days from the time the order is placed. When your product is ready to ship, we will send a shipping notification (including a tracking number) via email!
My tracking information isn’t working. What do I do?
sometimes the shipping system can get a bit jammed up. (Yes, even in 2021) Send us an email email@example.com and we will respond in 48 business hours.
What if I am not happy with my product?
As a small business, making handcrafted products, we understand that we may miss the mark at times. Please allow us the opportunity to address your concerns and recreate/correct the product and send you a new one. If we are unable to address your needs, return the product and we will issue a full refund in 21 days.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds will take 7-14 days to return to your original form of payment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item you would like to return.
How do I make a custom product?
Complete your custom product card for a face/body cream or a scrub! For a cream, you will select a consistency, a base and a skin booster. For scrubs: exfoliation level, exfoliant and a skin booster. We will create your product and keep your formulation on file! You can make as many as you’d like or gift a personalized product to family or friends.
What if this product does not work for me?
Skin care is not one size fits all. We realize that some products work for different people in different ways. We aim to promote healthy skin however we cannot guarantee results as they vary. For questions or concerns please contact us.
